Culver City:

Culver City has been a significant center for motion picture and television production, currently acting as the center for Sony Pictures Entertainment. Its recent revitalization of its downtown and shopping centers near Fox Hills/Westfield Mall has made it an up and coming hip area. There are numerous new stores, restaurants, and bars along Washington Boulevard as well as the Culver City Art District with over 30 contemporary galleries and theatres. Homes in the area are still considered affordable by Los Angeles standards.

Mar Vista and Palms:

Mar Vista and Palms feature large yards, beautiful tree lined streets, neighbors who have known each other for generations, and a whole lot of community pride. They are affordable, ethnically diverse, less than three miles to the beach, and a ten to twenty minute drop in to most places you want to visit.

Playa Vista:

In 2001, development began for the community of Playa Vista.  Eco-conscious developers used many green features in designing and building the community.  The neighborhood consists of a mix of luxury condos and townhomes.  It is also home to the newly built Playa Vista Elementary school.

Playa Del Rey:

Playa Del Rey, which is Spanish for “Beach of the Kings” is home to Loyola Marymount University as well as the Ballona Creek Wetlands. The beach-side, luxury community is home to approximately 8600 residents.  Anyone who enjoys boating, surfing, sunbathing or any other water activities will surely enjoy the great opportunities available in this area.
