Just completed a second transaction with Nessel Homes and I am once again thrilled with the quality of work. Dan listed our Santa Monica condo for rent for the second time and was able to find us a great tenant for a multi-year lease. They have an excellent knowledge of the market and do an impeccable job handling the listings. Dan went above and beyond in making sure the unit looked its best for showings and helping to facilitate/coordinate any maintenance items that popped up. I have never had a realtor work as hard as they do. I would absolutely use Nessel Homes again in the future and recommend them most highly.
